Shipping and Returns
Shipping
As all items are made to order, please allow 2-3 working days for your item to be shipped.
We offer two forms of domestic shipping; Royal Mail Signed For or Standard. This is charged additionally, and we will provide you with tracking information where possible. All UK and EU sales include any additional relevant taxes, however any orders outside of the UK and EU may incur additional taxes.
Please ensure the delivery address you input is correct- we are not responsible for any items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur an additional re-shipping fee.
Returns
All pieces are made with love and care, and we try our utmost to ensure that each piece is made exactly as seen on our site, however please bear in mind that due to the nature of the stones used, each item will have slight variations. The stones we use are sourced from all over the world, and we use a large variety, from tourmaline to lapis lazuli to freshwater pearls, therefore all hold naturally occurring differences in shape, texture and colour. If you believe there are manufacturing faults, please email us photos to laralovesjewellery@gmail.com.
This does not include chipped, cracked or broken stones, or pearls, or general wear and tear, such as items which have been bent out of shape, or where the gold plating has worn out.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days to do from receipt of the item.
All items returned must be returned in the same condition they were when received. You must return the item to us at your own cost. Once we have received the item in the condition you received it, we will refund you using the same method used to make the purchase within 14 days.
In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that is faulty, please email us with a photo upon receipt of the item. We will then ask you to return the item to us, upon which we shall either send you a replacement or issue you a full refund as per your preference.
