Refund policy
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All pieces are made with love and care, and we try our utmost to ensure that each piece is made exactly as seen on our site, however please bear in mind that due to the nature of the stones used, each item will have slight variations. The stones we use are sourced from all over the world, and we use a large variety, from tourmaline to lapis lazuli to freshwater pearls, therefore all hold naturally occurring differences in shape, texture and colour. If you believe there are manufacturing faults, please email us photos to laralovesjewellery@gmail.com.
This does not include chipped, cracked or broken stones, or pearls, or general wear and tear, such as items which have been bent out of shape, or where the gold plating has worn out.
Should you wish to return your purchase, you must do so within 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All items returned must be returned in the same condition they were when received. You must return the item to us at your own cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are requesting a refund, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of this. If approved, we will refund you using the same method used to make the purchase within 14 days.
Custom made items are exempt from return or exchange.
In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that is faulty, please email us upon receipt of the item at laralovesjewellery@gmail.com with a photo . We will then ask you to return the item to us, upon which we shall either send you a replacement or issue you a full refund as per your preference.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
