Shipping policy

As all items are made to order, please allow 2-3 working days for your item to be shipped.

We offer two forms of domestic shipping; Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class or Standard. This is charged additionally, and we will provide you with tracking information where possible. All UK and EU sales include any additional relevant taxes, however any orders outside of the UK and EU may incur additional taxes.

Please ensure the delivery address you input is correct- we are not responsible for any items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are receive and will incur an additional re-shipping fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
